Wells Fargo, Beaumont has a rate of 4.75 today!
Bank of America, Beaumont has a rate of 4.85 with a 10% down payment, 30 year fixed today!
The Mortgage Group, Beaumont has rates right around 5% depending on your down payment.
It's a great time to buy. Rates won't be staying this low once the economy starts to rebound. I guess there are some good things to come from a national recession.
