November is the start of the holiday shopping season. While the retailers are announcing increases in sales and the stock market is up, home sales didn't show much improvement for the month of November.
Take a look at the numbers:
This time last year there were 150 closings. People may be out buying for the holidays but at the present time it doesn't seem like they are buying homes.
