October Home Sales in Beaumont, Lumberton and Vidor

194 homes sold to new owners in October.  Beaumont and Lumberton led the way with the highest number of homes that sold.  If you are planning to sell your home you will want to look at the average days on the market.  It is taking on average 122 days (approximately 4 months) to sell homes in our area.  If you were to list your house in November, on average, you would be looking at selling it in March.  Of course there are ways to get a home to sell faster than the average.  If you need a good sales strategy, contact me for a free market analysis on your home.

76 Choices When Buying New Construction in Southeast Texas

Looking for a new home.    Well, if you want a brand new one- a home that has never been lived in- you are in luck.  As of today, 11/8/13 there are 76 new homes listed in the Beaumont MLS.   One is bound to meet your needs.

 There is a wide range of prices out there.   Looking at that $61.68 per square foot price?  Well, yes you will have to do some work to finish the house.  Most complete new construction in the area is going to run a little over $100 per square foot at the present time.  That's down from a few years ago.
