Beaumont, Vidor, Silsbee Home Sales_Feb. 2015

It took 128 days on average to sell a home in Southeast Texas for all closings in February.  Some neighborhoods and areas took longer to sell and some less time to sell.

Southeast Texas Home Sales_ 180 Single Family Homes Sold in February

2015 Feb Stats

February tends to be one of the slower months for home sales in Southeast Texas.  In the spring and summer its typical for the area to have over 200 homes sell each month. According to data from the Southeast Texas MLS, 180 single family homes sold in February.  Not bad for February. 

On average it took 127 days for those homes to sell.
