I was looking at the January Home Sales data today. I was planning to post an update on how many homes sold in the month of January but I got side tracked. Here's what shocked me...
Would you believe the most expensive home that sold during the month of January sold for $32 million?
No, me either!

This is two screen shots of the same listing.
The asking price is shown as $51,000.
The sold price is shown as $32,000,000.
I think somebody overpaid for this house or more likely someone input the wrong sales price.
I'm guessing it probably sold for $32,000 not $32,000,000.
