Most Expensive Home Sales in Southeast Texas so far in 2016

$555,000.

That's the price of the most expensive home to close this year.  Located in Lumberton's Stonegate community, the home was approximately 4,850 square feet with six bedrooms and four and a half baths.

So far this year, five homes have closed above the half million dollar mark.  If you live in Southeast Texas you've heard of the neighborhoods:  Brownstone, Barrington, Stonegate.  One of sales was in Port Neches on King George.  It was lovely.

No matter what your budget there are important market factors you should know before buying or selling a home.  That's where I can help.  Only a professional real estate agent has access to the most accurate sales data.  (Stop looking at those Zillow Zestimates!  They can be thousands of dollars wrong)
