It is a strange real estate market we have in Southeast Texas this year. This is my tenth year selling homes in Southeast Texas, as a top agent and consistent multi-million dollar producer, I can honestly say this market is like no other that I've seen.
To say we have a shortage of inventory in the lower price ranges is an under statement. The move in ready homes are getting multiple offers as soon as they hit the market.

Data on this graphic comes from the Southeast Texas MLS. Since January 1 there have been a total of 386 home closings in the $100,000-$200,000 price range.
The average days on market (dom) for these homes is 94.
