Shortage of Homes for Sale in Vidor, TX

Its been almost seven months since Hurricane Harvey flooded close to 80% of the homes in Vidor, Texas.  For home buyers that is making it hard to find a home.

Shortage of Homes Continues

If you are in the market to buy a home in Southeast Texas there are the first 2 things you should do.  First, get pre-approved with the lender of your choice.  Need a recommendation for a good local lender- text me.  Next, get your realtor to set you up with a listing notifier direct from the MLS.  Don't have a realtor yet?  Call me.  After you do those two things you are ready to start looking at homes.
