Farm and Ranch Properties

Southeast Texas Farms and Ranches that Sold in 2014

Near and dear to my heart, Ranches.  There's nothing like your own place to call home especially, when that place has a lot of land.

In 2014, 11 homes that I will considered "ranches" or "farm properties"- because they had at least 20 acres of land- sold.  All properties had at least a two bedroom home on the land.

Interested in where the Southeast Texas ranch homes are located and how much they sell for on average?  Take a look at this chart.

There are special features to consider when selling or buying a home with acreage.  In fact, there is a special contract used to purchase Farms and Ranches in the State of Texas.   If you are planning to buy or sell this type of property, work with a professional that specializes in Farms and Ranches.  I live on one, I've bought and sold several and helped clients through the ins and outs of the purchase and sales process many times.   So call me, I'll pull on my Ariat's, climb in my F350 and show you the best farms and ranches Southeast Texas has to offer.
