Most Expensive Home Sales in Southeast Texas so far in 2016


That's the price of the most expensive home to close this year.  Located in Lumberton's Stonegate community, the home was approximately 4,850 square feet with six bedrooms and four and a half baths.  

So far this year, five homes have closed above the half million dollar mark.  If you live in Southeast Texas you've heard of the neighborhoods:  Brownstone, Barrington, Stonegate.  One of sales was in Port Neches on King George.  It was lovely.

The most expensive home to sell in Vidor so far in 2016 sold for $327,000.  The least expensive sold for $8,000.
