Average Home Sales Prices for Beaumont, Lumberton, Little Cypress Oct. 2018

What are homes selling for in Southeast Texas? 

Here's a look at the average sales price of homes in Beaumont, Lumberton and Little Cypress for single family homes that closed in the month of October. 


3 month area Oct

The homes sales in Little Cypress are averaging lower than Lumberton and Beaumont West 2 in part because there are still flooded and gutted home sales bringing down the average.  That said, Lumberton and Beaumont West 2  and 4 usually have the highest average home sales prices in the whole Southeast Texas housing market.  

Total Southeast Texas residential home sales in October numbered 290.  The overall average sales price was $173,291.  This overall average is also brought down by the flooded and gutted homes still in the market.
